Our Mat Work Combo class focuses on improving coordination, strength, balance, and posture through a targeted series of full-body exercises. The use of simple props will work every muscle in your body, since the exercises can build in difficulty or be modified to be easier.
Session Information
We highly recommend bringing studio socks, a towel, and a water bottle to every session. Grippy studio socks are sold in studio for $25.
This class is suitable for beginners to advanced.
This lesson is $18, with a max of 6 people per class. (45 minutes long)
